Ellen is a three-year-old spayed female mixed-breed dog. She has a look of a Leonberger and probably has some collie and German shepherd too. She is a lovely happy girl and has quickly fit into her foster family. She is fantastic with the children who range from toddlers to pre-teens. She is gentle and patient with them. When they give her a treat she is so careful as she takes it from their tiny hands.
Ellen is housetrained and will go in a crate if necessary. She enjoys being outside but also likes to hang out with everyone indoors. She walks well on a leash and travels nicely in the vehicle. She is an active dog and has a lot of energy. She would love to have another dog to play with as she wants to be every dog’s friend. She is also tolerant of cats.
For someone who has the time to enjoy her she is a really great find. I’m Keiki and I’m a stunning seven-year-old adult long-haired tortie with a cute stubby tail. Although I’m a big fan of meal time and play time, what I love most is a comfy spot beside you on the couch or on your bed. I’m a very affectionate cat, but my lovin’ is best on my own terms as I do have a bit of that wonderful kitty-cat attitude. I’m also a talker so I will do my best to let you know if I want a chin scratch, a good meal or a warm lap to lie on.
I would do best in a home without small children or other cats and dogs as they all crowd my style. I’m definitely a people kitty and will be a super companion for a cat lover.
Keiki’s NASAP adoption fee includes her spay, vaccinations, deworming, microchip, tattoo, FIV/feline leukemia testing and a post adoption health checkup.
