Solomon’s Beef Chacha Recipe
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cardamom
tsp. oregano
sliced red onion
sliced green pepper
10 oz. cubed or sliced beef
Preparation:
Caramelize onions on low-medium heat for about 5 minutes. Increase temperature to medium-high and add oil, green pepper, garlic, spices and beef. Stir for about seven to eight minutes. Enjoy with a salad.
Serves one.
