Sebastian Maniscalco, one of Hollywood’s comedy superstars, is striking out on a six-stop Canadian tour next year. In Alberta he is dropping by Edmonton’s Rogers Place on Oct. 19 and at Calgary’s Scotiabank Saddledome on Oct. 20.
He has performed in stand-up, movies and television for more than two decades and has amassed a loyal fan base. One of the highest-grossing comedians conquering arena shows, he defies our politically correct culture and tells it how it is.
A natural-born storyteller, he initially made his name at the famed Los Angeles Comedy Club and has worked his way towards several motion pictures. They include a voice over for the animated Nut Job 2, The House starring Will Ferrell and Amy Poehler, and the independent drama, Cruise, directed by Rob Siegel.
Maniscalco’s first role as a leading man happened with About My Father, a 2023 Lionsgate production starring Robert De Niro and loosely based on his Italian immigrant family. In addition, his new series, Bookie, co-produced with Chuck Lorre, premiered on HBO MAX in November.
A born hustler, Maniscalco’s success is in large part due to a tireless work ethic and undeniable talent – two qualities that will make him a fixture in comedy and entertainment for years to come.
