InFocus Photo

The annual InFocus Photo exhibit and award showcases innovative, thoughtful and provocative photography created by Canadian contemporary image-makers. This year's show includes works by more than 30 Alberta photographers including Hedy Bach, Dawn LeBlanc, Candace Makowichuk, Akemi Matsubuchi and Drew May. Opening reception tomorrow evening from 7 to 9 p.m. Event includes a talk by curator Alexis Marie Chute and the announcement of the award winners. Artists will be in attendance. Until Fri., March 2.

Upcoming events and news

The Art Gallery of St. Albert will present Light Up the Night, its 28th annual fundraiser, on Sat., Feb. 24. Tickets are $50. Participate in glow-in-the-dark painting, printmaking, and clay sculpture. There will be live entertainment and a silent auction.
