Visual Arts Studio Association
Feathers and Fur is a selection of Tammy Taylor’s Realist portraits of animals. Until Sat., Sept. 30. Musée Héritage Museum

Upcoming events and news
The Musée Héritage Museum is set to present an exhibit called The Michel Band about the family, the injustice and the perseverance of a local aboriginal band that was the only First Nation in Canada in the twentieth century to enfranchise but, in doing so, lost their aboriginal and treaty rights. It opens on Tues., Sept. 19 and includes an opening reception from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thurs., Sept. 28. It will run until Jan. 7, 2018. Call 780-459-1528 or visit
