Flower Power, St. Albert painter Memory Roth's solo exhibit of floral portraits, has finished its stay at the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium and has now moved to Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium. The new gallery is located on the second floor and is open during performances and from Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On display until April 30.

RAW Artist Showcase has events in more than 60 cities and its next event is lined up for Edmonton. According to its website, it is meant as a platform “to provide independent artists within the first 10 years of their creative career with the tools, resources, and exposure needed to inspire and cultivate creativity.” Peter Gegolick and Garrett Plummer will be on site representing the Goop of 7. The one-night event will be a showcase of indie talent in visual art, film, fashion design, music, performance art, hair and makeup artistry, and photography. The 18 plus event is set to take place on Thursday, April 14 starting at 7:45 p.m. at Union Hall, 6240 99 St. in Edmonton. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Ah… Spring is the St. Albert Painters Guild’s annual spring show and sale. The event is free to attend and will take place from April 22 to 24 (Friday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.). The St. Albert Potters Guild is having its Spring Pottery Sale at the end of the month. Admission is free to this sale of a wonderful variety of handmade functional and decorative pieces for all occasions. This year’s theme is all creatures great and small. Be sure to visit the fundraiser table with all proceeds going to Ovarian Cancer Research. Meet the potters and watch them create at the wheel, or hand build works of art.
