Eldorado has far too much traffic

Not only do I have a major concern about any proposed school taking away part or all of Eldorado Park, as I stated in a previous letter, but I am also concerned about the ever increasing volume of traffic on my street, Eldorado Drive.

Eldorado Drive is only two blocks long and has an inordinate amount of traffic, a large percentage of which exceed the posted 50 km speed limit. This, of course will be much worse if a school is approved.

Our street is used as a shortcut for many of the communities to the northeast of Erin Ridge to get from Bellerose to St. Albert Trail.

In a perfect world, our street would be used for the bus route, and local traffic only.

I would love to see a 30 km limit with speed bumps. Maybe then I could safely back out of my garage and we could get our street back.
