Walterdale Theatre flies to Paris
It’s cold and miserable outside and fast-paced romantic farce could be what the doctor ordered.
Walterdale Theatre is mounting Boeing-Boeing, a comedic spoof on bachelors juggling multiple lovers.
It’s the 1960s and Bernard, a swinging bachelor loves his life. He has a flat in Paris and is engaged to three gorgeous stewardesses who may never meet thanks to his relationship bible – the airline timetable.
But when a speedy Boeing and a storm causes the women to have the same layover, Bernard with the assistance of his friend Robert, tries to keep them apart. Expect more turbulence in the loft than on the runway.
Directed by Lauren Tamke, it stars Vina Nguyen, Zack Siezmagraff, Eliana Parrado, Micah Steinke and Carrie Candy.
Boeing-Boeing opens tonight and runs until Feb. 13 at 10322 – 83 Ave. Tickets are available at 780-420-1757 or online at tixonthesquare.ca.
