Volunteer Opportunity: Share Your COPD Story to Support Local Healthcare Initiatives

Are you living with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) or caring for someone with COPD?

The Algoma Ontario Health Team (AOHT) is seeking 10 volunteers from across the Algoma region to share their personal experiences and insights to help guide local healthcare initiatives aimed at supporting those affected by COPD in our region.

What’s involved?

-- One-time discussion: A brief, confidential conversation about your healthcare journey and your experience with COPD care locally.
-- Flexible options: The discussion can be scheduled at your convenience, and you can choose to participate either in-person or virtually.
-- Your voice matters: Volunteering to provide your input will contribute to local COPD initiatives that aim to improve health outcomes and patient experience across Algoma.
