What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast/brunch dishes according to our menu specifications and quality standards.
Follow recipes and cooking techniques accurately to ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation of all menu items. Pay close attention to plating details to maintain our high-quality standards.
Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation practices at all times, including storage, handling, and cooking procedures. Monitor food temperatures and ensure compliance with health code regulations.
Prepare ingredients, including chopping vegetables, slicing meats, and assembling components for dishes. Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders during peak service hours.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation, including equipment, utensils, and cooking surfaces. Keep inventory of supplies and communicate any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager or supervisor.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Communicate effectively with servers and expediters to fulfill guest orders accurately and efficiently.
Conduct regular quality checks on food items to ensure they meet our standards for freshness, flavor, and appearance. Address any concerns or discrepancies promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.

What You'll Need:
Previous experience as a line cook or breakfast/brunch cook in a restaurant or culinary setting preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
Flexibility to work 7-11 weekends, holidays, and early mornings as required by the breakfast service schedule.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
