We are looking for an experienced SERVICE ADVISOR to join our professional team.

The ideal candidate will be an articulate and motivated individual who can provide our customers with the highest standard of customer care, providing a smooth vehicle repair experience, whilst offering professional advice. The position requires the applicant to work as part of a team.
The successful applicant must have an excellent attitude and take pride in their work providing high levels of customer service, in line with the levels of excellence expected at Team Automotive.
Duties include:
Checking in and seeing out customers
Advise customers on necessary repairs or services
Explain technical automotive information to clients in understandable terms
Creating Work Orders with complete work details
Scheduling customer appointments
Organizing Shuttle rides
Monitor repair progress and update customer
Invoice all work carried out
Claims and follow up with Warranty work
Previous experience in an automotive service department is a necessity with knowledge of Lankar Shop Management System. An asset but not necessary.
Extensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple manner
Automotive certification preferred
Hours are 7:30 am – 5:30 pm – Monday to Friday. Competitive wages and benefits package.
