Position Overview:
The Indigenous Health and Safety Intern is responsible for assisting in reviewing, evaluating, and monitoring health and safety hazards in the workplace. This role is crucial for fostering a safe, compliant, and supportive work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A An individual who is of Anishinaabe ancestry from the Robinson Superior Treaty area with an understanding of Anishinaabe history, culture, traditions, ceremonies and values are preferred. Must be a Highschool graduate.
Experience in business administration.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required.
Must possess a valid Class “G” Driver’s License and have access to a personal vehicle.
Must complete a criminal records check.
Hours of Work: 35 weekly
