Marc Andre Hamelin and Principal Trumpet Robin Doyon join the ESO for Shostakovich’s popular and infectiously optimistic concerto. Richard Strauss’ light and exuberant Burleske also features Mr. Hamelin. Other performances include Shadows and Light and La mer. The performance takes place at the Winspear Centre Friday, June 11th at 7:30pm.
