Alberta Council for the Ukrainian Arts
The annual InFocus Photo exhibit and award showcases innovative, thoughtful and provocative photography created by Canadian contemporary image-makers. Lux & Umbra is a two-day pop-up exhibit featuring Edmonton Cemeteries’ artist in residence Candace Makowichuk. Opening reception on Fri., Feb. 23 with an artist talk at 6 p.m. followed by the exhibit and live music from 7 to 9 p.m. The exhibit follows at the same time on Sat., Feb. 24 as well with a lantern-making workshop from 1 to 4:30 p.m.

The Art Gallery of St. Albert will present Light Up the Night, its 28th annual fundraiser, this Saturday, Feb. 24. Tickets are $50. Participate in glow-in-the-dark painting, printmaking, and clay sculpture. There will be live entertainment and a silent auction.
