NASAP – Wednesday, Aug. 31

This border colliie is a high energy companion who needs daily exercise and play time

Spinner, border collie cross, two years old

Hi everyone, my name is Spinner and I am a young neutered border collie cross about two years old. I am waiting patiently in my foster home for my forever home to come along.

I am a high-energy dog who needs a new owner who will continue my training and give me the daily exercise and play time that I need. I am crate trained and sleep in my crate at night.

I am sharing my space here with a number of other big dogs and doing very well with all of them. My foster mom says I have a wonderful temperament and I am the friendliest guy you will ever meet — I want to make friends with everyone I meet.

I have the smarts of a border collie and I will learn what is expected of me very quickly with good direction. I love to run and play and my recall off-leash is good.

If you are looking for a happy, smart young dog with lots of get-up-and-go, please call NASAP at 780-922-0250 and ask about Spinner. If you prefer, you can go online to www.nasap.ca and click on the "Adopt Me" link underneath my picture. I’m so looking forward to starting my new life in my new home — please call if you think we might be a good match.

Picasso, Himalayan cross, kitten

Picasso is a stunning young Himalayan cross kitten. He belongs to Kate, who gave birth to eight kittens at NASAP’s partner pound in late June. This litter is very beautiful. The kittens represent a real colour palate and include lynx point, flame point, chocolate point and torti point babies.

They are all medium haired and are all cuddly and loving kittens. They love to play together, so consider adopting two at a reduced rate for play and companionship!

These kittens’ NASAP adoption fees include their spays or neuters (at six months, coupons provided), microchips, vaccinations, deworming, FIV/feline leukemia testing and post adoption health checkups. Please inquire about adopting one of Kate’s kittens like Picasso today! They are all ready to go to new loving homes!
