The excitement is building as the Oilers continue their playoff run in round one against the LA Kings. Edmontonians heading to sold-out games or those crowding into the so-called 'Moss' pit for viewing the game outside Rogers Place are providing much-needed traffic and energy to the downtown core. Here's a few things to know if you're heading down for the games.

Getting to Rogers Place

Find everything you need to know when planning your trip to Rogers Place: Getting to Rogers Place

Parking

Before you leave, check parking rates, hours, where you can park and how to pay.

Public Washrooms

Mobile washrooms located Downtown and the washroom at Churchill Square Tix on the Square will be open until midnight for Oilers home games during the playoffs.

Portable washrooms are available in ICE District Plaza.

Bus and LRT Service

Heading out to watch the playoffs? Leave the driving to us! Multiple ETS bus routes, as well as Capital/Metro Line trains, serve Edmonton’s Downtown and provide service within walking distance of Rogers Place.

Riders are encouraged to plan ahead using the Trip Planner on edmonton.ca/transit or real-time tools, such as Transit app or Google Maps.

Head on downtown and cheer for the Oilers from one of the bars and restaurants, or enjoy the action from ICE Plaza or Ford Hall in the ICE District.

Stanley Cup Playoff Schedule

Don’t miss the excitement. Check the Edmonton Oilers playoff schedule.

Lighting the City

Throughout the playoffs, a number of Edmonton’s landmarks will be lit in Edmonton Oilers’ orange and blue, including the High Level Bridge, City Hall, Muttart Conservatory, Commonwealth Stadium and the Rossdale Power Plant.
