Hello, I'm Tipsy. I am a young Shep cross. I came into SCARS after I had been beat up by other dogs. I was inheat at the time. Being inheat with roaming dogs can be very dangerous to not only females but the males often fight to the death. The damage to my leg was so extensive it could not be saved. I am a very friendly girl. Have lots of energy, and 3 legs does NOT slow me down. I am house trained and do well on a leash. I have not met a cat yet. I'm working on my manners with other dogs. I was reactive towards them when I first arrived with good reason. I have been doing pretty good but would say at this moment I can be selective.
