BREAKING: Michael Cooper wins fourth term in St. Albert- Sturgeon River

Michael Cooper is projected to win re-election in St. Albert-Sturgeon River, with over 68 per cent of the vote in early returns.

The incumbent Conservative Canada has won re-election for a fourth term.

Conservative party candidate and incumbent Michael Cooper has won re-election in St. Albert-Sturgeon River, making him a Member of Parliament for a fourth consecutive term. Multiple outlets, including the Globe and Mail have projected the riding will go to him. 

On Monday night, CTV and the Globe and Mail projected Cooper as the winner. He defeated Lucia Stachurski of the Liberal Party, Dot Anderson of the NDP, Brigitte Cecelia of the People's Party of Canada (PPC) and Jeff Willerton of the Christian Heritage Party (CHP).
