As the Community looks ahead to the start of a new millenium, The St. Albert Gazette explored our city's history through a series of special sections published throughout 1999.
Descendents of St. Albert's early settlers told stories of their families, fromthe hardships od the early pioneers, to the boom and bust cycles of our agricultural past to the affluent neihborhoods we see today.
We examined the evolution of our community, its government, schools, health services and business sector through the eyes of our residents. Now, as we continue our journey into the future, we present these sections, bound together in a special collector's edition. |
