Bounce your way to a healthier body with BounciN BLitz. The business is slated to open on June 3 and offers jumping fitness on individualized patented trampolines.

Trained Jumping instructors lead the high-energy, low-impact cardio workout.

Naomi Crozier, owner of BounciN BLitz, says some of the known benefits to the jumping workout are: endurance, weight management, strength, balance and coordination.

Crozier says she’s excited for the business to open.

“I want people to look forward to improving their overall health in a fun and supportive atmosphere.”

She says jumping on trampolines is three times more effective than jogging and involves more than 400 muscles working at the same time. Eventually the studio will include different fitness concepts in addition to the individual trampolines.

BounciN BLitz is located out of the Superior Performance Centre, at #204, 125 Carleton Drive.
