Hi, my name is Avalon. I am a one-and-a-half-year-old Pyrenees-husky cross. I am a very sweet gentle girl. I love to play and cuddle. I am respectful of the humans’ space and love to be outside. However I am not adoptable to be a completely outdoor dog. I love my people and want to be part of the family completely.

I am a typical playful puppy and love training. I like to play with my toys and scatter them and tear them apart. But I am very respectful of indoor human belongings. I am very eager to please. I am working on my leash skills as I get very excited and am still a puppy. But this is developing beautifully. I am good with dogs, adults and children. However, in my excitement I can forget how big I am and smaller children are easily and accidently knocked over. My foster mom’s two-year-old granddaughter hand feeds me individual kibble pieces and I very patiently wait for each one.

I am microchipped, vaccinated, and spayed. I am ready for my furever home. Please inquire about meeting Avalon and having her join your family. Go online to www.nasap.ca and click on the adopt me link underneath Avalon’s picture, or call the Northern Alberta Society for Animal Protection (NASAP) at 780-922-0250 and leave a voicemail.
