Harper struts, doesn't govern

A mere 200 jobs created in July.
Wow! The economy is too fragile to give Canadians a head start on a decent pension. The economy is so strong that it can afford to lose Canada's Russian pork market so Harper can strut around on the world stage.
Now in July Canada lost almost 60,000 full time jobs and to be replaced by 60,000 part-time jobs. What a record of economic mismanagement by the eight-year-old failed jobs, jobs, jobs Tory Economic Action Plan!
