I was thrilled to volunteer as a race marshal at St. Albert's Roy Financial Mayor's Walk for Charity this past Saturday. The event was well organized and well attended. It is a wonderful way for smaller charities and groups to raise their profiles and dollars at the same time.

I was particularly impressed by the large group of volunteers from Target who were walking in support of SAIF. Their bright red shirts made them a real presence on the walk and added to the success of the event.

Bravo to everyone involved!
