An estimated $70,000 worth of stolen property - including several stolen firearms - has been recovered by Morinville RCMP at a rural residence in Sturgeon County.

On Jan.12, RCMP executed two search warrants at the residence for possession of stolen property. The stolen property has been linked to several thefts in the area.

Jennifer Lynn Hotson has been arrested and charged with numerous stolen property and firearms related offences. A warrant has been issued for 37-year-old John David Pachkam.

A total of 68 property and firearms charges have been laid in the investigation.
