Green and brown bins are eyesores

About our green and brown garbage bins!

Has anyone noticed since the bins have been put in service that they are becoming a permanent fixture in a lot of front yards throughout St. Albert? Garbage overflowing out of them at people’s front doors, driveways and front lawns.

It seems since they came into service it is OK to just leave them sitting anywhere. St Albert is known to be a beautiful city to live in and it is, but these ugly bins are not helping at all.

I feel there should be a bylaw, and it should be enforced, that you have to have the bins or any type of garbage out of sight. Let's go city council!
