Time to clean up this city

Last Saturday, my team and I picked up trash in and around Kingswood Park. My team included six young Mormon missionaries; four young women and two young men. What delightful, eager, fresh-faced volunteers!
Afterward, we were treated to a free hot dog barbecue hosted by Save-On Foods, who were kind enough to provide gluten free wieners for me. Thank you to this organization. We were hungry!
We found the most litter along Sturgeon Rd.; “drive-by-littering” is all too common in our beautiful city.
When someone purchases a beverage, pack of cigarettes, a fast food meal, etc., it is their responsibility to properly dispose of the containers and cigarette butts.
A garbage bag in your vehicle, a bag in your backpack or holding on to your garbage until you see a trash container ... how hard can that be?
Please take personal responsibility for garbage!
