Stop the bong shop crusadeBy: | Posted: Saturday, Feb 02, 2013 06:00 am Re: The Crouse crusade against bong shops. I am confused, Mr. Crouse. You cut all the funding to the youth centre and yet you are willing to spend thousands to fight a law you do not have the power to create, so you can “protect the youth of our community” and close a business that sells legal products to consenting adults. It sounds a bit hypocritical to me. First, I do not need you to protect my children from bong shops. I am quite capable of doing that on my own, just as I will teach them about liquor, driving and even politicians like you. Secondly, I think you should focus your energy on attracting businesses to St. Albert, generating taxes and thus lowering my property taxes. Remember, Mr. Crouse, you were not elected to be the moral authority of St. Albert. Please, just do your job and quit wasting our tax dollars on your personal vendettas.
