Bracko is out of touch

With all due respect to Coun. Len Bracko, give the citizens of St. Albert a break already. Making a motion to spend $500,000 on a study (of a future LRT line) is incredible. Maybe he can afford the tax increases and really doesn’t care about the young families and seniors who cannot afford to live here.

Meanwhile, we have a fence around Lacombe Lake Park that prevents the residents from enjoying summer and winter recreation until 2014 and the city is intent on spending $200,000 on a bike skills park.

I think some members of this council are out of touch with the realities of the economic conditions that face many of our residents. Looking forward to the next municipal election!

Ron Korotash, St. Albert
