City prompt with complaint responseBy: | Posted: Wednesday, Dec 05, 2012 06:00 am Too often we complain about things that affect our standard of living. We should be counting our blessings living in St. Albert. I had a complaint regarding the snow removal this year. The snow was removed but a layer of ice was left causing the possibility of losing control of the vehicle. I phoned public works with my concerns and a woman indicated that she would pass the message on. Later that day a gentleman called to tell me that he understood the problem and would try to deal with this as soon as possible. The very next day a crew was out taking care of the problem. I have lived in St. Albert since 1964 and this is the first time I have had reason to complain. My purpose for this letter is not to criticize but to compliment public works for their quick response and fine job they did. Thanks. Tyson Spence, St. Albert Comments
