Snow removal (re-positioning) is NOT an exceptional service! As 90 per cent of the St. Albert tax base is residential – this service is a necessity.

I would much rather more of my tax money went to properly clearing residential streets than it be allotted as grants to every pseudo-art etc. group that comes hat in hand to council.

The service would be exceptional if it was done in an exceptional way – which it isn’t.
