The article by Carol Watamaniuk in the Aug. 18 St. Albert Gazette, hit the nail on the head.

This lady knows what she's talking about. She's been there, done that and so should be listened to by members of council this coming Aug. 27 when council reviews the Arts and Heritage Foundation contract. The city must take control.

A very good article Carol. It's good to see someone who's not afraid to say what they think.
