A A

To the beautiful young lady and her mom (the driver) who gave me a lift home on Friday evening.

I missed the last bus from Village Landing and was walking along Hebert exhausted from the day of backyard beautification, shopping, the bags of groceries and the heat. I had my thumb out (laughing inside because I haven't done that for about three decades and really didn't expect anyone to stop). They very kindly took me right to my home.

I love that they helped me, that Mom knew that I probably was no threat and that some people in St. Albert are just plain good inside. I hope these ladies feel good for a long time because they helped me – because I know I will.

Dark blue Saturn lady, thank you!

Dawna Ford, St. Albert
